How to Free Your Mind and The #WordlessBook

Staring at a blank canvas can be scary or it can open the mind for creativity. A little children I think the creativity is so much more open because they don’t let stress and chaos Cloud there imagination over. Children and sometimes really lucky adults can tell a story without any need for thinking before they start speaking. It’s been a real long time since I could just pop off a story off the top of my head but I remember that once I could do it.

Let the little Children Come have a magnificent book with absolutely no words, aptly named The Wordless Book. It’s simply four colors to communicate the Salvation through Jesus Christ. I love that these leave so much for the imagination and there can be so many lessons taught in so many ways with simply a wordless book of meaningful colors.

If you have small children you probably have that piece of your imagination a little more open than some of the rest of us. I hope that you realize how fortunate you really are to have that. However, if you’re like me, you probably need a little bit of help clearing your mind of the clutter since opening up the vast imagination that is behind the Cloudy Skies. So, for both me and you, I am bringing you a list from Psychology Today.  You can read more detail of each on on the list at their link.

I must note that this post has gotten free your mind saying by the beautiful miss Paula Abdul stuck in my head so if your head is not clouded up with everything else I hope I haven’t gotten that song stuck in your head too LOL. However, I will admit I am slightly amused if it has gotten stuck by in your head too because well let’s face it it’s stuck in mine in misery loves company. LOL

Kaycee

Hi all! My name is Kaycee. I am now learning to navigate life as a single woman. Turns out, it's not all about husband and children. Who knew? So, I'm on a journey of self discovery. I have 5 children, 3 of which are married, 5 2 are in Heaven (my beautiful baby Acadia Reign and my Diva Princess Tara Elizabeth), and 7 grandchildren! Plus, a ton of fabulous nieces and nephews! My educational background is in Psychology and Child Development but my heart is in ministry, crafts, fun, reviews and my website, My Crafty Zoo. Or at least it was, now I'm learning who I really am, beneath all of the busy family life. It's an adventure to be sure. I look forward to continuing to share my life through word and pictures with you and love hearing your feedback! Thank you for taking the time to read and allowing me to share! I look forward to reading your comments!
