Made this the other night and HAD to share!!!! They were super yummy, mostly healthy, and great for a few games of Uno! All in all, a huge success!!! Will be making them again for game nights! The pita bread worked so much better than regular bread because the moisture didn’t soak through and make it soggy. 😀 What’s your fave homemade game night menu???
2 cans of cooked chicken (or 2 cups)
1 1/2 cups California seedless table grapes, rinsed and cut in half
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons basil, fresh, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 tablespoon lemon Juice, fresh
Combine all salad ingredients in bowl and mix well.
