God’s Great Love For You by Chris Saunders is an adorable and simple little story book just perfect for little ones learning His love. It’s simple way of teaching is perfect for even the youngest of little ones. One of the greatest tools for life survival is understanding and knowing that love. What better time than birth? I remember being told that God loved me as such a young girl that, while I’ve questioned many things, I’ve never questioned His love for me.
It has done so much to keep me going. Of course, no other wisdom can beat what the Book of Life states: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6.
Now, whether you buy this story book or not, please know that has no impact on how important that aspect if teaching our children God’s love. I don’t want anyone thinking I’m trying to use scripture to sell a book, I’m not. Buy it, don’t buy it, whatever. Just make sure you teach all that you can the great love He has for us.

Chris Saunders is an award-winning illustrator who loves to tell a story. He studied illustration at the University of Northampton and did work for creative design and print companies before moving into children’s books. Chris likes to create gentle, floating, atmospheric imagery and mainly works digitally, but his pencils and watercolors are never too far away.

I can still remember the simple children’s prayer book I read with my mother when I was a child. This book sounds like something that children would love to read and get to know the love of the Lord.
I’m familiar with Rick Warren, but I didn’t know he wrote children’s books. It looks like a sweet tale.
