Eczema & Psoriasis Blend

1 drop Chamomile OR Helichrysum essential oil

1 drop Jasmine OR Rose essential oil

1 drop Patchouli OR Sandalwood essential oil

Directions

  1. Grind the oats to a very fine powder in a clean coffee grinder.
  2. Whisk together the oil, aloe vera and honey in a small bowl until completely combined.
  3. Slowly add the clay and oat powder a little at a time, stirring thoroughly to create a spreadable paste. (If you add it all at once you get lumps.) If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more yogurt or milk. Do not increase the oil, because the mask will slide right off your face.
  4. Stir in the essential oils.
  5. Cleanse your face and leave it damp, then smooth the homemade face mask over your face and neck, avoiding your eyes and mouth.
  6. Leave it on your face for 15 to 20 minutes (Relax! Lying down is good.)
  7. Wash the homemade facial mask off using a warm, wet washcloth.
