IG BBQ Grill Perfect for Your Year Round Grillin’ Adventures

IG BBQ Grill is based on a Middle Eastern Grill design. It’s large top and adjustable heat makes everything you grill turn out perfectly! This one is absolutely fabulous!

While we haven’t tried kabobs yet, we did break out some burgers, steaks and brats! We’ll be sharing a fantastic marinade real soon, so be sure and watch those emails and check our recipe page!

IG BBQ Grill Perfect for Your Year Round Grillin' Adventures @Crafty_ZooWhat’s so special about this grill?

IG Charcoal BBQ Grills are designed based on Middle Eastern style grilling that has been done for a very long time. They are made completely of stainless steel and, according to many reviews I’ve read, last years even out in the elements. The wheels are absolutely fantastic as well. They are made to withstand weather and are easy to roll over uneven yards. Trust me, my yard is SO uneven! Both of the side trays fold down to make it easier for storage. You may notice the handle on the side, it is to raise or lower the charcoal to adjust the heat on your food.

It was fantastic to use, probably the best grill we’ve ever had to be honest. We are quite picky, especially when it comes to cooking. If you saw our knife review, then you know I do not lie for any company. That one cost me a lot of sponsors, but my honesty is worth it. Moving on… we loved the IG BBQ Grill. It is amazingly easy to clean as the grates are coated with a non-stick or something. I’m honestly not sure what it is but it’s easy to clean. You can also easily remove the grates and lift out the tray.

Being totally honest, the only thing that could possibly make it any better is if there was a door on the ends where we could use a poker to adjust the coals. It’s easy to life up one side or the other even with food on one side to adjust them, that’s just the only thing we were able to think of to possibly modify. It’s seriously fantastic, I keep saying that. I should get a thesaurus… haha

What do you like to grill?

No matter what you like to grill, this one will work. So enters the quote that my husband, frequently referred to as Chief Zoo Keeper, requested required that I put in this review.

IG BBQ Grill: Fall Grillin' GiveawayI will say, you will be best suited for this if you read it with a deep, movie intro voice.

Since the dawn of man, human has wondered:

“Yeah, that’s cool but how do I heat it all over?”

And so, some woman (or man but most likely some woman sick of hearing his crap) invented the oven!

In case you are wondering, that’s what the bowl is for: indirect heat!

While the IG BBQ Grill has no lid, you are absolutely alright without it. If you don’t already have one, get a metal mixing bowl. Not just for this, but it’s absolutely amazing for mixing and super easy to clean as well. Don’t worry, the black that gets on the bowl when you use it on the grill is easily removed with a metal scrubber. (I cannot express how much I love those bowls!)

Anyway, the indirect heat was necessary for cooking the corn, which I did not get a photo of before we had to tare into it! The smell was too great to resist. If you’ve never heard that it’s hard to be a blogger, this was one of those times where it was hard and failure occurred. No photo of the cooked corn in the husk. It was amazing though!

Cooking for a few or a crowd…

One of the things that was perfect with this grill is that it is easy to cook enough for a large family or for just a few. It’s really fabulous in that you don’t have to use a ton of coals because you can raise the charcoal bed to the grill grates using the rotating handle.

What does that mean?

That means you use less charcoal! We used less than a quarter of a bag to grill everything in the photographs. For the record, the burgers are different colors because some are beef and some are turkey. With our old grill, we’d use at least a half of a bag just for the two of us!

Using less charcoal is not only cost effective but it’s also better for the environment! Double win!

I like many features of this IG grill. Actually, all of them.
Because of living near water in Florida, favorite is coated steel construction.
Because of corroding factors here we go through grills too fast. And, we bbq a lot because we have nice weather year round.
Seafood and steaks..tropical fruits a favorite to grill.
