Superior Source Vitamins and 15 Super Healthy Recipes

Superior Source Vitamins have a great variety of products and help us all live our best life! We’ve got a list of healthy recipes that are easy to work into your diet so that you can live your best life!

Recipes High in Vitamin A

Superior Source Vitamins and 15 Healthy Recipes @Crafty_ZooVitamin A support eye health and the maintenance of healthy skin, teeth, and the surface linings for the respiratory, urinary and intestinal tracts. Vitamin A also plays a vital role in the promotion of immune system health, according to Superior Source Vitamins. It’s also important for reproductive health.

So what do we eat for Vitamin A? Green, orange and yellow fruits and vegetables are great as well as eggs, milk, liver, butter and cheese.

Recipes High in Vitamin B

Vitamin B6 are essential for anyone with any gastrointestinal issues, helps to prevent birth defects, promote cell development and growth  and are great for those with anemia, as well as those who

are vegans and vegetarians. They help convert carbs, proteins and fats into energy. Vitamin B is found in meat, poultry, fish, organ meats, eggs, seeds, nuts, whole grains, legumes, breads, pastas and fortified cereals.

Recipes High in Vitamin D

Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium and promotes healthy bones and teeth. Superior Source Vitamin D has MicroLingual Instant Dissolve Tablets to help your body get the proper amount. Even with additional vitamins, try to throw in orange juice and fatty fish such as salmon, herring, tuna, sardines, mushrooms and whole eggs.

Superior Source Vitamins has a wonderful selection and pretty much covers every nutritional need we aren’t able to meet in our regular diets. Sometimes, with busy lifestyles it’s just not possible to get all of the good foods in every week, much less every day! At the Zoo, we add in Vitamin C during cold season and especially if we get sick. It seems to help and the research certainly backs that theory up.

One of my favorite things about Superior Source Vitamins is their MicroLingual Instant Dissolve Melts. The super small vitamin dissolves on your tongue so that it can be absorbed into your body more effectively. I love that, as the vitamins don’t get lost at all or flushed through due to our stomach acid. Plus, an added bonus, none of the ingredients in their products contain any GMO’s and are also all wheat, corn, soy and gluten free.

Definitely recommend ditching those 5 Hour Energy Shots (which I, too, am guilty of tossing back from time to time) and trying their B12. Taking it daily can help with your energy levels, or they can be taken before workouts for an added boost.

Extra vitamins are easier when making smoothies and energy bites. Daily vitamin intake is important. Eating healthy, exercising and drinking water regularly is also very important. We only get body and we should try our best to take of it.

    • I have the worst problem getting enough water when it’s cool. When the weather warms up I drink a ton, but once it gets really cold I just do not want it. Force myself but I forget to force down enough. Haha!
