Muhammad Ali: Little People, BIG DREAMS Series
Muhammad Ali is arguably one of the greatest boxers of all time. Did you know his dream of being a pro boxer began as a child? Check out this awesome children’s book to inspire your little one!
I loved the quote in the picture. Yes, it’s a bit cocky. However, it also shows an amazing bit of confidence. While I don’t wish to be arrogant, I would love to have the amount of self esteem it takes to say it!
Muhammad Ali
There are many, many books and pieces of media out there that will tell you all about Muhammad Ali. I just learned that he has an autobiography as well! Who knew?!? (for those of you that did, you really don’t have to brag! haha)
This little book, however, is for children. It’s all about what inspired him to become one of the greatest boxers ever. It’s a simple book and would be perfect for any kid. Not so much to learn to be a boxer, but that they can begin working toward their dreams even before they are all grown up!
Little People, BIG DREAMS Series
This is the second book that I’ve read and reviewed from this series. The first was about Maya Angelou. I absolutely loved that one, but having had a daughter perhaps that is why I leaned in that direction. Or maybe it was because I already loved her.
This book series was made to help children of all ages to discover the lives of outstanding people, each of their dreams beginning as a child. The books cover many types of people, in many careers and begin with their inspiring story. They end with facts and photos about the subject.
A definite must have for your children’s library, classroom, or a perfect birthday/Christmas/Hanukkah gift! I’m hoping to eventually review the entire series!

Choosing Ali as the subject is a great idea. He definitely could inspire kids and he’s an interesting subject, too.
There are many series relevant to black history, but this one seems especially great for kids! Thanks for sharing!
It sounds like an interesting read.
This is part of a great series and a very inspiring book.
This sounds like such an awesome series! My son would enjoy this book!
Absolutely beautiful! For one thing, I really like the illustrations. Children will have the opportunity to observe two Middle-Eastern people with dark skin named Joseph and Mary on a long and tiresome trip to Bethlehem.
