Boogie Board Review

Hey Everyone!  Have you heard of the Boogie board???  No, NOT some thing you play with on the ocean (that’s what it makes me think of!).  It’s basically an erasable clipboard!  Personally, I’m ADDICTED to my clipboard, so I’m certain having this is saving LOTS of trees!  Okay, think etch-a-sketch with a stylus!  Only you push a button, not shake, to erase!

I love this thing!  It’s really really really light, you don’t even notice a weight difference when you put it in your bag!  My only complaint was that there was no way to save your notes, but they have solved that with the new Boogie Board LCD RIP Tablet.  With it, you can save and upload your notes.  BUT, I have no idea how well it works, so if you find out, let me know!

I was given the Original Boogie Board RIP tablet and I really do love it!  The Original will run ya about $39.95 for the black one, colored ones are $41.95.  They come in black, red, orange, silver, cyan, pink, yellow, white and gold.  Personally, my fave is the orange one.  😀

One of the really cool things is that you can use the stylus OR your finger.  So, if you lose the stupid thing you don’t have to buy another stylus to continue using it.  The original has no way to attach the stylus.  🙁  It also utilizes the pressure to determine the ‘pen’ strokes.  Therefore, if you press hard you get a thicker line.  But, no need to press hard, it responds to the light pressure pretty well!
