Final Post: Always Eat After 7PM Journey

While this may be the final post in this series, it’s certainly not the end of this journey. My continued health improvements and weight loss have to be a priority. Now, they are easier to accomplish. This post is brought to you by our sponsor, “Always Eat After 7 PM”. The opinions expressed below are my own. We all know I’m too stubborn to have my opinion bought off. Now, on to the fun…Final Post: Always Eat After 7PM Journey

If you’ve stumbled onto this without having read the first three, I highly encourage you to go ‘back in time’ and start with those. There’s a lot of valuable information that you will appreciate. We started this journey with ‘Always Eat After 7: Choosing A New Journey‘. An excellent bit of honesty and humor were included, such as my tendency to rebel.

As we moved forward, we did our next post with an interview from the author of the series, Joel Marion. Had had some good points that we all can appreciate in Weight Loss Journey Continued: Part 2: Always Eat After 7.

Food! Ahh, the food. The next post we did included a little about what I’m loving with this plan and listed some off the tasty recipes from in the book. Those mouth watering images will convince anyone they aren’t on a diet. But don’t take my word for it, check out Eat This! How to do it & LOSE WEIGHT.

And now, on to our final post in this series.

This journey with Always Eat After 7 PM has certainly been an enlightening one. I’ve learned many things about eating better without the worst parts of ‘diet starvation’ and really loved the myths that were busted throughout the book.

Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.

Repeatedly I’ve mentioned how much I love that the book includes citations to back up the information provided. It says a lot about an author when they realize the importance of backing up their claims.

Final Post: Always Eat After 7PM #WeightLoss JourneyThe Journey Continues

You may have noticed that I didn’t title this with anything remotely suggesting that the journey was over, complete, ended, etc. One of the things I’ve learned is that it isn’t truly a diet (although they do include a 14 day Acceleration Phase with rapid results) but rather is a lifestyle modification.

The books states:

Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.

By getting rid of those myths, modifying understanding and guiding us to learning more about our eating habits it becomes a different, better way to continue eating and enjoying what we love. All the while without feeling we’ve lost anything in return.

This plan encourages things I love, things I think most of us love. Check out this quote:

Based on surprising science, Always Eat After 7 PM debunks popular diet myths and offers an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning and allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings: Eating the majority of your calories at night.

Who could say no to that? I guess that’s the point though, as they do point out that the author, Joel Marion, manages to eliminate 90% of our excuses to not diet. Having gone through the book, I’m pretty sure the only thing he hasn’t covered is an absolute, down right refusal. That, of course, is my silly opinion.

Chunky Monkey vs. the Gym

It’s super easy to modify eating habits with these eating changes and the weight can begin to lessen. If you are like me and are too nervous about joining a gym until you reach a certain size, you’ll appreciate this book.

I was terrified! I could clearly imagine all the things people would be thinking and none of them were nice. At all. Fortunately, I’ve surpassed that stage, faced my fear and am actively working out. Key word: active! It’s a great place to be! I hope that you’ve enjoyed this final post and the series and have found them useful.
