“I would do it if I had the time. There just aren’t enough hours in a day.” Ever said this referring to taking care of yourself? We all have. Let’s face it, if there were more hours in a day we would use them to run more errands, make more appointments, clean more, do more things around the house; basically even if we had extra time to do a little TLC for ourselves life would find a way to fill that extra time before the thought, “ok now I can go work out.” Or “awesome I have time for a facial” even comes to mind.
Thankfully there is time you have that you may not have even thought of using. A time where no offices are open, so you don’t have to worry about appointments. A time when house work is basically impractical. What on earth am I talking about? Those wonderful hours of when you are doing nothing but sleeping! That’s right while you are sleeping for those eight required hours (if you are one of the lucky ones J) you could be doing more for yourself than just getting some beauty rest.
