Healthy New Year Giveaway 2022 and a 25% off Discount!

Healthy New Year seems like just the thing we all want probably more now than ever. Superior Source Vitamins is giving away a Vitamin pack to help you get the new year going on a great note!

We’ve written about Superior Source Vitamins before and I STILL swear by their Biotin! It does amazing things for your nails! Made mine way stronger and I’d been taking prenatal vitamins for years to help with my nails.

The best thing about Superior Source Vitamins are that there are no pills to swallow, just let them dissolve on your tongue and you are good to go. The only one I found to be unacceptable in taste was the Women’s Multivitamin. It seemed like it was too big and the flavor was terrible! The Vitamin C was along the same lines, but sightly better.

“Superior Source Vitamins are MicroLingual® with “Under the Tongue Technology” that works fast, and are quickly absorbed into the body, dissolving in seconds. Did you know that… by swallowing supplements, as much as 50% of the potency is lost in the high acid environment of the stomach!”– Superior Source Vitamins

Mental Health is definitely not to be overlooked. I wish I’d have learned that as a kid, seems like life would be much easier if I had, but since I did not, I’m on a constant journey to get my mind healthy. Finding joy has been a big focus for me (you can read more and get a free printable here) the last few years as I have gone through grieving and depression a lot since we lost our baby and my Momma.

Kaycee

Hi all! My name is Kaycee. I am now learning to navigate life as a single woman. Turns out, it's not all about husband and children. Who knew? So, I'm on a journey of self discovery. I have 5 children, 3 of which are married, 5 2 are in Heaven (my beautiful baby Acadia Reign and my Diva Princess Tara Elizabeth), and 7 grandchildren! Plus, a ton of fabulous nieces and nephews! My educational background is in Psychology and Child Development but my heart is in ministry, crafts, fun, reviews and my website, My Crafty Zoo. Or at least it was, now I'm learning who I really am, beneath all of the busy family life. It's an adventure to be sure. I look forward to continuing to share my life through word and pictures with you and love hearing your feedback! Thank you for taking the time to read and allowing me to share! I look forward to reading your comments!

My New Years Resolution this year is to take my vitamins more regularly. Also I’ve been moving more. I try to dance in my living room for 20 minutes 4 times a week. It might not be pretty but it’s getting me moving.

    • That is awesome! I love that your exercise of choice is dance! I have zero rhythm and am so self conscious! I hope you have a blast dancing!

I plan to eat healthier this new year because I am 76 years old. My mother is 100 years old and stopped smoking when she was 70 years old but I have not. She eats salads but I do not, I eat a muffin for breakfast, a peanut butter cookie for lunch, and regular meat and potato type dinners.

    Reply
    • Wow! Making it to 76 on that diet is pretty fabulous! You should check out my carrot fries recipe, it is healthy BUT they are sweet so it satisfies the sweet tooth! I have one too!

My almost 17 year old daughter is Vegan and I decided that at least twice a week we can all eat a vegan dinner together. I also was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, thyroid disease and that I needed to start a gluten free diet. My diet has been my biggest challenge but it’s getting easier and I’m starting to feel better! I would like to start working out as well.

        • Oh, Sally! I hate to hear of your diagnoses! My niece was a vegan for a while too, we had a long talk about making sure she got all of the right nutrients and her Momma (my bestie) made sure she did her research so that she wouldn’t become deficient in anything.
I hope that the slight change does wonders for your body! I am supposed to do paleo (zero gluten there) and it helped a lot when I actually stuck to it…. I’m not great with rules but that’s another post….
