Get Sleep Naturally with Glysonna #Review
My Thoughts
My husband has had sleep issues for as long as I’ve known him. As a matter of fact, he isn’t the only one in his family that has them. It’s kind of funny as he can’t sleep and I can’t stay awake. We are a match made in heaven. LOL. He has gotten to the point where he has to take two Benedryl every night to go to sleep and even then if he doesn’t lay down at the right time, he will still be up most of the night, not falling asleep until around three or four in the morning. Not cool when you have to be up at seven, right? It’s not like he doesn’t get tired, he is always running on exhausted. He just can’t go to sleep.
Needless to say, trying Glysonna seemed like a fabulous idea. Unfortunately, his bright idea was to try it at 9 pm. Not a good plan, but he slept and he slept HARD. Unfortunately, this is really something that you need to be able to sleep more than just a few hours to. He ended up feeling even more exhausted the next day. There are a couple of things that worked against him. 1. The time he took it and 2. the fact that he is very sensitive to things!
He plans on taking it again when he can dedicate an adequate amount of sleep and going that route. I truly feel like it would have made a positive difference in his sleep had he listened and taken it earlier. Though it did make him tired the next day, the fact of the matter is the man who normally takes hours to fall asleep was out in less than an hour. That is a vast improvement. I highly suggest trying this out if you have issues going to sleep. I plan to see if it will help me sleep all night!
From The Company
Imagine this – – You’ve stopped drinking caffeine. You exercise. You
cut off all electronics by 9PM and play soft, soothing music in your
bedroom to try and lull yourself to sleep. But, still, you’re awake
night after night, staring at the ceiling wondering why on earth you
can’t get to sleep.
Relying on over-the-counter or prescription sleep aids might make the
problem worse. Many of these products simply knock you out and prevent
you from reaching a deep sleep and REM sleep. You wake up feeling
groggy, cranky and exhausted.
You may be experiencing straight insomnia – or maybe just a temporary
problem sleeping. Surprisingly, though, roughly 50% of people who
suffer from insomnia also suffer from sleep apnea (largely
undiagnosed).
And if you have sleep apnea, the last thing you want to do is take a
medication that knocks you out! The gasping and choking that sleep
apnea causes is your body’s survival mechanism kicking in. Your body
is waking you up to tell you that you need to breathe! This natural
survival mechanism can be repressed when taking a prescription drug.
Whatever the sleep issue may be, finding a natural way to handle it
would be ideal. I’d like to see if you would be interested in
reviewing an all-natural sleep aid that is actually good for you!
Glysonna is a drug-free sleep aid, glycine fortified with added
wellness nutrients which helps you to reach restorative sleep by:
a) Triggering relaxation.
b) Sustaining sleep.
c) Initiating the natural sleep process.
This sounds wonderful! I usually do not like sleep aids because I feel awful when I wake up in the morning! But this natural product sounds much better. I will definitely have to check it out, thanks for sharing!
