Warmze Review: Awesome Bottle Warmer!

bottlewarmerWarmze’s are perfect for on the go Mommys!  In just 30 minutes, a frozen bottle of breast milk can be ready to go or a mixed bottle can be perfectly heated.  Given that the majority of our family lives at least 3 hours away, I can see this coming in handy for trips!  Or even just to keep in case a doctor’s appointment runs longer than planned!  The wrap will even stay warm for up to 10 hours, which is really great for long road trips.  The only downside is that the heat wraps aren’t reusable, but a set of 4 (for small bottles) will only run about $13, so that’s not too bad given that it’s not something that is needed regularly.  Plus, the warmer packs are eco friendly, so you don’t have to worry about that.  😀

From The Company

One self-heating warmer will conveniently heat several different bottles throughout a day-no boiling water, no metal disk to click, no running to car for car charger, no electricity, no batteries or microwave. In just 30 minutes you will have a perfect tepid bottle (90-104 degrees) the temperature recommended by Pediatricians. It works for breastfeeding moms that pump (thaws frozen milk) as well as those that have to use formula.
The non-toxic, biodegradable warming wraps are air-activated and last for up to 10 hours or 3-5 bottles per one warmer wrap. The bottlesoc is re-usable and helps keep baby dry by preventing leaks and allowing the large cotton ruffle to wipe dribbles.

Difrax: The Binky That Stimulates Development

135814bb362b9abc2796a572a8db56c37bfe1ecdAhh, binkies.  Binkies go by many names, but no matter what you call it we all love them!  Personally, I call them plugs.  Not to be mean, but because that’s just my dry sense of humor I guess.  I guess I call it a plug because you plug in the binky and baby is almost instantly.  It’s kind of like when you take that much needed sip of coffee and you instantly feel a little better.  Coffee is my plug.  😀

d42bcf7fa1843b99d3f1677a4a25ef52effa8b27I recently had the pleasure of evaluating the Difrax 3 Stage binky.  I have a wonderful friend who has a beautiful little blessing and I was hoping she would love it.  I think Mommy liked it better than she did, as she is quite attached to another binkie.  Mommy loved the bright colors that made it super easy to find when night crying started.  Always a plus!  I think that ended up being the favorite feature, the ease of finding it at night.  Made with bright colors that seemed to glow in the dark, finding it was much easier than traditional binkies.

PRODUCT DETAILS

If you are looking for a binky to start your coming blessing on, this one would be great for you.  Check out the product details from the company:

The Difrax Orthodontic pacifiers stimulate the development of the palate and the muscles of the jaw and mouth. The round part of the nipple rests against the palate and the tongue presses against the flat side. The butterfly design and the holes allow extra air circulation to reduce the risk of skin irritation and keep the nose unobstructed. The unique butterfly shape is the result of years of research and development in collaboration with a medical panel. With sizes for preemies and newborns, all the way to 18+ months, each stage has different features and benefits unique to the needs of that age of baby or child.

The Difrax 3-stage pacifier system, which accommodates baby’s growth and development, is truly unique in the US marketplace. The last-stage pacifier is designed to help break the habit when baby no longer needs it. All of Difrax’s 3-Stage pacifiers also feature colorful and cheerful patterned designs that are sure to evoke happiness in little tots!

Wipes Wraps Review

PicMonkey Collage

Babies are an amazingly beautiful blessing to have around, but some of their required accessories aren’t quite as nice on the eyes.  Wipes Wraps has decided to help you overcome the unsightliness of the Wipe boxes with these adorable covers!

From The Company

As any parent can attest, what item, next to the baby and the diapers themselves, do you touch in those first few years MORE than the baby wipes tub?  They’re stashed all over the house for at least a couple of years.  The unsightly (usually teal-colored) plastic baby wipes tub.  Not the most lovely accent item!

Thus were born WipesWraps Baby Wipes Covers.  The world’s first stretchable cloth cover to turn unsightly baby wipes tubs into the perfect accessory for any room or space. They are available in fun and fashionable prints for the nursery, living space, and bathroom.  Many moms and dads go to great lengths to make there babies spaces the most beautiful and serene space they can.  WipesWraps are a stylish, flexible, and fun solution to the challenge of hiding those baby wipes.  Banish the Unsightly Tub, that’s what we say!

My Thoughts

I think these are an adorable little accessory.  Especially if you have a certain decor that you regularly keep wipes in!  The ones I got would go great in my Aunties Jungle Themed Room, blending them in quite well!  Me personally, I am not an animal print person.  Of course, these are quite obviously not made of animal anything.

The wraps were a little difficult to get on at first and don’t quite cover the round lid of Huggies like I would have liked, but it still looked cute.  I think they are versatile enough to fit just about any wipes container.  After I took the cover back off, it shrank back to it’s original size and was very small.  I like that it doesn’t take up much room when not in use!

The Wipes Wrap would be a great gift for any new Mommy, especially any fashionable or trendy Mommies!!!

What do you think?  If you know anyone expecting, you might want to check out our other baby stuff reviews or make a Big Brother/Big Sister Kit for the new sibling!  😀

See N Store Multi-Media Organizer from #BabyBeeHaven

BabyBeeHaven_026 seeNstoreCollage Gone are the days where there is nothing to keep the little one’s entertained while Mom is trying to shop.  Not only can they watch movies while we shop, they can also play interactive and educational games!  I saw a 2 year old playing educational games on a tablet, how crazy is that!  No more blocks I suppose!  Though, I do think the classic toys teach important skills, keeping them busy while we shop is one awesome thing of technology.  When Monkey drives me crazy, I toss the phone at her.  She would mindlessly follow after that, as she is gone in technology!  It works with little kids too!  LOL.

One worry is that they will drop the rather expensive little entertainment devices, but that worry is no longer with the Multi Media Stroller Organizer.  It connects to most any rear-facing or traditional stroller so that the device is secure.  It holds most iPads, tablets and portable DVD players and also gives you a little space to stick your phone, a bottle, a clip for your keys and even has an expandable trash bag!

I’m really amazed with the quality of the organizer and if you don’t have a device, it will still come in really handy as the place that holds the tablet/DVD player could easily be utilized to hold other things, perhaps a wallet so you don’t have to carry your purse, some snacks, or whatever you’d like to stick inside.

One safety warning is that they suggest making sure that your stroller won’t tip with the extra weight and suggest a max of 5 lbs.  They also warn not to place hot drinks in the drink holder as there are always those possibilities that you’d spill it on the little one!

Overall, I’m impressed with the See n’ Store Stroller Organizer.  I think that Baby-Bee Haven has made an amazing, quality product which is harder and harder to find these days!  If you’ve got a little one, you’ll want one.  Be sure and check them out!

From The Company

Stroller rides can’t all be as easy as a walk in the park. Whether you’re running errands or waiting in line, sometimes mom needs to keep baby entertained on the go. Finally there’s a stroller organizer that does it all, featuring multi-media storage as well as room for all your must-haves!

  • Keep baby entertained and engaged on the go!
  • Contain, carry, and protect all mom’s must-haves
  • Secure, viewable holder for tablet* or portable DVD player
  • Protective sleeve offers multi-media storage (for traditional strollers)

Lullapop Lullabies CD & Parents Magazine Giveaway Ends 3/7

Music plays such an important role in the development of children, but why shouldn’t we enjoy it too? Lullapop Lullabies is a disc of today’s biggest hits made just for baby!

Lullapop Lullabies

There are so many studies regarding music, for babies and for uplifting spirits.  While many don’t particularly enjoy listening to lullabies, this little collection is a perfect combination for both the little ones and the parents.  Lullapop Lullabies holds a collection of today’s hits made into lullabies.  An interesting combination.

NEW YORK — Innovative independent record label Razor & Tie offers a fresh take on bedtime, naptime, or anytime for the littlest music aficionados with the digital release of Lullapop Lullabies onNovember 17, 2017. This irresistible 21-song album is designed with the millennial family in mind, offering enchantingly “lullafied” instrumental versions of current chart-toppers made famous by the likes of Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Adele, Sia, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars, Rihanna, Drake, and more.

The gentle, elegant orchestrations on Lullapop Lullabies hit just the right note when it comes to helping babies and toddlers drift off to dreamland. Glockenspiel, harp, and piano blend their sounds, transforming distinctive Top 40 hits like Justin Bieber’s “Despacito,” Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You,” Adele’s “Hello,” and DNCE’s “Cake by the Ocean” into serene-and-soothing lullabies for the four-and-under set.  This collection gets an A+ for putting smiles on the faces of parents who already know and love the familiar melodies.

Lullapop Lullabies will be available for streaming and download at all digital service providers, value priced at $7.99 per download. A physical release will follow on January 26, 2018, when CDs will be available nationwide at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and other retailers.

I have many friends whose little ones get stuck on various main stream media music and they tend to get old fast for the adults.  I love the kids music, personally, as it is totally silly and fits my silliness at times.  I highly suggest you check out Bear HuntMonster Suit!  If they aren’t up your alley, perhaps this one will be!

Lullapop CD and Parents Magazine Giveaway Ends March 7

Khroma Herbal Products

Khroma Herbal Products have completely vegan, organic, not packaged in plastic, and contain no artificial ingredients. We are excited to share with you!

Khroma Herbal Products Giveaway Ends Feb 15

Given that there are chemicals in almost everything these days, it’s nice to find products that don’t have unnecessary side effects from those potentially harmful ingredients.  Having had the chance to try the ones above, we will be sharing our thoughts and results to better help you in your search for amazing products!  One must point out that

A Little About Khroma Herbal Products

Their slogan being: “From Nature, with Love” is absolutely awesome to me!  Being a nature loving person, it totally vibes with me!  Their homepage is also beautiful, in my humble opinion!.  They have a pretty great product line, including the ones listed below, they also have lip gloss, an energy blend, a happy blend (to uplift moods), Hair Skin & Nail blend, inflammation, digestive and circulation blends, just to name a few!

Khroma was founded by Connor & Renee Southworth in an effort to truly incorporate quality and ethics with great products.  They have added to their team and are keeping a people first drive with their business.  All of their products are ethically sourced, so I feel it is safe to say that they are taking their ethics and beliefs beyond just the human race, but to the whole ecosystem as well.  Being a very big animal and environmental lover, this company lines up with a way of thinking that I can completely line up with!

Herbal Products I Tried

Little Warrior Organic Children’s Immunity Blend: This is a blend of herbs formulated for children with no alcohol.  It’s made to taste good so that the kids will like it.  We tried it out on 3 children, ages 10, 4 and 2 1/2.  The older children are in school and exposed to all kinds of germs, which they love bringing home to the heart baby.  Regardless, they did seem to like it.  With the flu being so crazy right now, it didn’t prevent the virus but it did help them get better a lot faster than they have in the past.

Banja Balm Organic Pain Relieving Rub: A vegan, organic muscle rub.  It’s very strong and works well on sore muscles.  A friend borrowed it and I had to fight to get it back.  haha.  Overall, it works wonderfully to ease the pain of sore muscles.  The friend that used it had muscles sore from work (lifting, bending, pulling) and absolutely loved it.  I used it on a very tight and angry neck and had good results as well.

Baby Smile Organic Rash Cream: Our children are exposed to so many additives and chemicals, I love that this one is free of all of those things!  With various natural items such as chamomile, coconut oil, lavendar, this rash cream brings just what baby needs: healing!  The only thing I don’t like is that it has coconut oil, which isn’t good for cloth diapers.  So if you are a crunchy mama, be sure and use liners!

My Raz Baby Pacifier Review

Binky’s are one of the most prevalent baby necessities for almost every family.  From as young as 4 weeks old, sometimes even younger, babies have their binky.  Binkies come by many names: pacifier, peacemaker, and (according to thesaurasize which I had never heard before) there are 102 that they know of.  My personal favorite is the plug.  That’s what I call them.  They plug up that crying pretty quickly!
There is that bad side to binkys, you know, when the kids learn to throw it!  It’s amazing how it helps them learn motor development, but it’s still not a fun game.  Goes something like this: binky gets thrown, Mommy gets binky, wash binky, give binky back, binky gets thrown, repeat.  While the only way I know to stop that game is to clip them on the baby, those things get lost and things happen.  What if you could modify the game a bit to your favor…  For example: binky gets thrown, Mommy gets binky, wash binky, give binky back, repeat.  I know, germs are evil, we must keep as many as possible from our little ones so I’ve got a product for ya: Keep-it-Kleen Pacifiers made by RaZ baby.

#BabyFirstTV I Can Sign Review

Communication is the key to all relationships.  Without communication, no telling where we would be.  We communicate with our words, body language, and so many other non-verbal ways I can’t even begin to name them.  As infants, however, communication is limited.  They have a while before they are able to learn to verbally communicate much more than a few simple words.   Every new Mommy and Daddy competes to get their little Monkey to call for them first.  After that, words come slowly developing syllable by syllable.
ESL for babies is an amazing way to help your Monkey learn to express his/her needs without you having to play the guessing game.  I Can Sign will teach you how to sign many basic words so that you can teach your baby to communicate.  Little ones will learn nearly anything we try to teach them at this age with little effort and the more they learn now, the easier it is for them to learn later!  I’ve read that children who learn multiple languages as they are developing their vocabulary have an easier time to learn other languages as they get older.  I’m certain the benefits of ESL would probably be similar.  It would definitely help them in developing their fine motor skills for sure!
I always think of babies as little sponges.  They’ll soak up anything one is dedicated to teaching them, and some things we thought they didn’t notice!  Why not dedicate yourself to teaching them something useful?  They’ll be able to learn signs like milk or water so that you know exactly what they are wanting, without the crying and guessing games.
This little DVD is amazing at teaching us dummies…  uhh…  I mean grown ups how to sign enough to teach our Monkeys!  The little ones will probably pick it up much easier than us, but then they are little sponges.  *Now I’m wondering what that makes us???*  According to livestrong, Joseph Garcia noticed in the 70’s that children of deaf parents were able to speak sooner than children of hearing parents due in part to their learning to communicate through signing at such an early age.  The article goes on to say that children can begin learning to sign at 7-8 months!  Imagine your little one being able to clearly communicate their desires at that age!
