Captcha Monster Review

Today I’m bringing a new firefox add on to your attention.  It’s called Captcha Monster.  It’s job is to solve the captcha’s for us.  It’s designed for the average user so to save time’s in entering all of those lovely little devil CAPTCHAs!  Man, I really hate those things!  Half the time, I can’t read them.  Guess I need to get my eyes checked again!
A basic subscription to Monster CAPTCHA is $2.99 and you can test it out for free for 30 days.  Just click here to check it out!  It is said to work with any website and if it doesn’t there is a little button where you can easily report the site so they can fix it.  It works with blogs, which I love.  My biggest aggravation when visiting my fave blogs are those stupid CAPTCHA codes.  As a blogger, I get it.  The need for them is important.  Of course, with this software we may need to find a new way to avoid spammers!
Pros:
Works with almost any site.
If it doesn’t work, it’s easy to report!
Cons:
Doesn’t have a real set of instructions, so you have to figure out how to use it.  BTW, right click to solve any CAPTCHA!  😀  That would have been nice to know when I downloaded it!  I spent some time playing to figure it out!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Burst Review

Hey everyone!!!  Have you heard of Burst???  It’s an app that backs up your photos and videos to it’s sister site online.  I’ve been checking it out for a few weeks and it’s pretty great.  If you take a lot of pics or videos on your phone, this app is for you!  Especially if you are like me and have a tendency to make phones die and lose everything on them!!!  It won’t save everything else, but it will save those important pics and videos!

Burst

Another cool feature is that you can ‘burst’ your images to other people by clicking the burst button.  This is great for families and friends that don’t live close by!  When you Burst your photo, you can share a link to your photo via a text message or email so they’ll be able to see it with little effort on your part!  If you accidentally Burst a photo and wish you hadn’t, you can ‘unburst’ it and the link won’t work.  You and your recipients can comment, and you can set it so that everyone can see the comments, or just you!  😀

So, online saving of pics.  Works with all smart phones, even iPhones.  Go check it out!!!

I’ve received a lifetime storage plan (how great is that!!!, no limits!) from Mom Select as part of a promotional program.  There was no monetary exchange and my opinions are my own!  Check out the PR tab for a more detailed, legal disclosure!

Want to win one????  You know you do!  MomSelect is providing one lucky winner with their own lifetime storage plan!!!  That’s a $60 value!!!  You won’t have to save them to your email anymore and they’ll always be there!!!

Video Watermarker Review #VIDEOWATERMARKER70OFF

videowatermarkerRecently I had the opportunity to review some software meant to put a watermark on videos.  I downloaded Video Watermarker by PCWinSoft.  I was very excited as I really want to start doing reviews on youtube and such but was quickly disappointed.  Three efforts resulted in the same error message, which was always prompted by the software shutting down.  While the idea sounds great, obviously there is an issue with execution.  Another issues I had with the software is that immediately after installing it another program needed to be installed, an Mp4 decoder.  I was not pleased with adding an additional software.  Needless to say, both software’s were immediately uninstalled.  I would definitely not suggest downloading this software, much less purchasing it.  Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to scan my computer for spyware.
